Illegal kicked out of the country 4 times already will he enjoy his 36 months in prison for taking illegals?

Maricopa County asked:


A U.S. District Judge sentenced Oliver Leonel Sanchez Ortiz to 36 months in prison for taking undocumented undocumented immigrants across state lines.

According to court records, Ortiz was driving ten undocumented men through Shenandoah County when he was pulled over by state police.

Though just 23 years old, Ortiz has been kicked out of the country four times already.

The judge ordered him to go through deportation proceedings.
